Upcoming Election to Board of Directors: (HIGH IMPORTANCE}

• The election for the Board of Directors is coming up in our Annual Meeting on June 21 – anyone who is interested in serving (or continuing to serve) our HOA community is strongly encouraged to consider running for an open position. Current board members whose terms expire in 2025 – are John Fletcher, George Higginbotham, and Cory Powell.

• John Fletcher has resigned as President effective June 12, 2025.

• Contact Secretary Kathy Higginbotham to get your name on the ballot. Nominations from the floor at the meeting will also be accepted.

2nd Annual Timber Lake Fishing Tournament

• Jonah, The Bass Assassin, hooked the biggest catch at The 2nd Annual Timber Lake Fishing Tournament on May 31—a hefty 2.34 lb. largemouth bass! He snagged both the trophy and prize money. Well done, Jonah!. Thanks to Jayden Madden and Cooper Powell for organizing the fishing tournament again this year.

Road Work:

• The last step of the road restoration project, approved at September 23, 2024, Board Meeting, will be to schedule the road for grading within the next few weeks and overlay with gravel at that time to sustain a good base. Moving forward, we should only require annual grading and associated maintenance to keep our roads in good condition.
